Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data OwlyBet processes. As a testnet demonstration, we collect the minimum necessary to operate accounts and loyalty features.

1. What we store

• Account identity: email, Google identifier, or wallet address.
• Loyalty points, VIP rank and claimed bonuses.
• Public on-chain activity associated with your wallet (already public on Ethereum).

2. What we don't store

We never store private keys or seed phrases. We do not process real payment data — there are no real-money transactions.

3. On-chain data

Deposits, withdrawals and game rounds are recorded on the public Ethereum Sepolia blockchain and are visible to anyone via a block explorer. This is inherent to how the Platform proves fairness.

4. Cookies & analytics

The Platform may use minimal local storage to keep you signed in and to remember in-progress bets. We do not sell personal data.

5. Your rights

You may delete your account data at any time by signing out and clearing your browser storage, or by contacting support.
