OwlyBet (“the Platform”) is a demonstration casino operating exclusively on the Ethereum Sepolia test network. By accessing the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Testnet only

All play uses Sepolia test ETH, which has no monetary value and is obtained free from public faucets. OwlyBet is not a real-money gambling service and does not accept or pay out real funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. The Platform is provided for demonstration and educational purposes only.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using email, Google, or a connected wallet. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and wallet keys. OwlyBet never has custody of your private keys.

4. Provably-fair games

Game outcomes are determined on-chain by a published smart contract. Coinflip and Rock-Paper-Scissors use commit-reveal randomness; BTC Up/Down is settled by a public Chainlink price feed. Every result is verifiable on Etherscan.

5. Bonuses

Bonuses, loyalty points and VIP perks are promotional features for demonstration and carry no cash value. General bonus terms apply; OwlyBet may change or withdraw any promotion at any time.

6. No warranty

The Platform is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The smart contract has not been audited. Use at your own risk.

7. Changes

OwlyBet may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
